Foundation Repair Warranty Coverage
Effective July 14, 2026
Foundation repairs stabilize a structure to its maximum practical level. We never promise a return to original grade or a guaranteed lift. What we do back, in writing, is the load-bearing performance actually reached by the piers we install.
What the warranty covers
Our warranties are strictly limited to the areas directly supported by the piers we install. They are never whole home coverage. Qualifying coverage applies to settling greater than 3/4 inch in the piered areas, at no cost to you.
Slab warranty tiers by pier performance
For slab foundations repaired with our in-house manufactured steel push piers, including slab lifting, coverage is tiered by the load-bearing capacity (psi) reached at the time of install. Most of our slab repairs reach 8,000 to 10,000 psi.
| PSI reached at install | Coverage |
|---|---|
| 8,000+ psi | Lifetime, transferable warranty |
| 5,000 to 8,000 psi | 5-year warranty |
| Below 5,000 psi | Not warrantied |
Pier and beam warranty
Pier and beam repairs using our steel T-bracket or Adjust-A-Pier installations carry a five year warranty on workmanship and materials, covering settling greater than 3/4 inch in the piered areas.
What can void coverage
Warranty coverage is voided by adverse drainage conditions present at, or developing after, installation. For slab foundation warranties, coverage also requires completing a hydrostatic plumbing test within 60 days of repair.
The hydrostatic plumbing test
To validate a slab foundation warranty, a passed hydrostatic plumbing test must be completed within 60 days of your repair.
Transferable coverage
Warranties that reach the 8,000+ psi tier transfer to a new owner if you sell your home, worth raising during a real estate transaction. Transferring a warranty to a new owner carries a transfer fee: $200 for a pier and beam foundation, and $350 for a slab foundation, which includes a mandatory hydrostatic plumbing test.
Making a warranty claim
